The book itself is not bad, but the class Cisco networking associated with it is terrible. The pace is outrageous, the instructor reads only Power Point slides and the laboratory of H / W is bolted to 1 / 2 the time. I would not be hit with anyone who has one of these certificates just because. The claim that no pre-requisites are required is a blatant lie. Half of the members of my class are completely lost, including me and the class has only two more nights to meet.
