Esto es duro de diagnosticar sin estar en el interruptor sí mismo. Cuando usted hace un " demuestre el trunk" del interfaz; el tronco demuestra el " up" y que el VLAN' apropiado; ¿s es el enlace a través del interfaz? ¿Si usted coloca un dispositivo de la voz en ambos interruptores, y los intenta silbar como una bala uno que otro (esto se logra lo más fácilmente posible con dos ordenadores portátiles) falla, o trabaja? Si falla, usted tiene probablemente una edición de la capa 2 (enlace, VTP, etc.) y si tienen éxito usted tiene una edición de la encaminamiento (los datos VLAN – que presumo estoy trabajando muy bien – tienen un ranurador asociado a ellos pero no a la voz VLAN).
Necesitaría ver configuraciones y comandos de la demostración de diagnosticar correctamente este problema, pero con estas ideas arriba y CCO, apuesto que usted puede encontrar donde está la edición. Buena suerte.
