HOW CAN I CONFIGURE PORTS ON A CISCO 2950 SWITCH?

I am operative on a Cisco 2950 array switch, and im perplexing to figure out how to have my initial pier be my outbound pier to the rest of my network that’s regulating dhcp. how could i do this by the IOS authority ine?
