The first unit I received was a refurbished or returned. Cisco declined to activate an agreement for SMARTnet because the unit was already under contract. Amazon immediately shipped a new unit was eligible for SmartNet. The reviews for the other parcels indicate that Amazon is not an authorized reseller of Cisco and Cisco then won 't activate a SmartNet contract for the product purchased through Amazon. I had no trouble activating a contract once the replacement unit was received. The description of the article says "Cusco" which is obviously a misspelling of "Cisco". Rating: 4 / 5
